Designed for lasting support, the mattress uses a three-layer hand-nested calico pocket spring system with 3,366 independently responding springs in King size to map the body’s curves without compromise. Five to six rows of hand side-stitching reinforce the edge for consistent edge-to-edge support, while hand-tufting holds the upholstery layers in place for the life of the mattress. The divan is built with a solid timber frame and a two-layer hand-nested pocket spring core, complemented by premium horse hair, wool, and cotton batting to create a balanced, breathable core.
